Wish List

Wish List

While monetary gifts to Born Free USA are vital to our success, donations of items found on our Wish List below are welcomed and provide you with a tax deduction. Items on our wish list enable Born Free USA to effectively carry out activities in each campaign area. To donate, or for more specific details about a particular item please contact development@bornfreeusa.org or call 916-447-3085 x 225.

  • New Auto CD/DVD Duplicator/Printer "in one" (ability to duplicate from 3 to 20 DVDs at once). From videos that warm your heart to stories that break your heart, a duplicator/printer will help us copy DVDs cheaper and quicker to spread the message to Keep Wildlife in the Wild.
  • New Flat Screen TV – between 24" to 40" This item is needed for community presentations. (Element TVs are made with recycled plastics and sustainable practices.)
  • HD Digital Video Camera (mini-DV, SD or Hard Disk) with 10x Optical Zoon and 3CCD. A quality video camera is an essential tool for recording evidence for our campaigns. When it comes to Animals in Entertainment, Roadside Zoo, Exotic Pets, Trapping and Fur and Wildlife Trade, a short video is compelling and highly effective.
  • New Flat Screen Computer Monitors – 17" and up. Our old CRT monitors are not energy efficient and on their last legs.
  • Digital Still Camera good quality (with at least 10 megapixels, 5x optical zoom, and image stabilizer). A picture is worth a thousand words and hard to ignore.
  • Blackberry "Pocket" Presenter or Joybee GP1 "Pocket" Presenter PowerPoint in your pocket — or at least your purse. The ability to project a presentation on any wall in an instant, will help us more powerfully tell the Born Free story to help Keep Wildlife in the Wild.
  • GPS units (Garmin, Magellan, or similar) with worldwide application. This item is needed to support field activities both in the United States and overseas. The Born Free USA Primate Sanctuary Director would benefit from a GPS when he patrols our 180+ acre site and, in particular, the 50 acre main enclosure.
